Save some time and effort emailing all those contacts at once by creating a custom contact group in Outlook 2016. At present, this feature only works if you have a business or school account, not. The Outlook for Mac will automatically create and assign categories if you have your Address Book contacts in groups. To avoid notes and photos from backing up in the VCF file, deselect the 'Export notes in vCards' and 'Export photos in vCards' options from Contacts > Preferences > vCard.

- From the Contacts tab, right-click on your Contacts and choose Share >Folder Permissions.
- On the Permissions tab, you may add or remove users to whom you have delegated access to your calendar.
- To add a new delegate, select Add... and search for the desired user by Last Name. You can search the Global Address List or your personal contacts list by selecting the appropriate dropdown under Address Book.
